Plus Property Partners Co., Ltd. (PLUS)
was founded in 1996, with an initial capital of 12 million baht.
PLUS’s aim is to become the most efficient one-stop-property
management company and real estate brokerage. It also seeks
to expand into property development in line with the sector’s
continued expansion in Thailand.

With the aim to become a leader in the residential sector,
PLUS develops condominiums and houses with an emphasis on
quality, product differentiation and efficient after-sales

PLUS aims to achieve long-term property value through the
efficient management of residential buildings. It seeks to

Brokerage and sales management
In the real estate brokerage business, PLUS targets project
owners as well as people who want to buy, sell, lease or rent.
