Plus Property Partners Co., Ltd. (PLUS)
was founded in 1996, with an initial capital of 12 million baht. PLUS’s aim is to become the most efficient one-stop-property management company and real estate brokerage. It also seeks to expand into property development in line with the sector’s continued expansion in Thailand.

Project development
With the aim to become a leader in the residential sector, PLUS develops condominiums and houses with an emphasis on quality, product differentiation and efficient after-sales services. The company provides nice residences in good environments, with services that enhance the quality of customers’ lives. Property management
PLUS aims to achieve long-term property value through the efficient management of residential buildings. It seeks to make this possible by balancing efficiency with service value.

The company’s property management services have grown considerably, with PLUS currently positioned as one of the largest companies in its field in Thailand. PLUS has management abilities that are on a par with those of foreign companies active in the real estate sector, with projects in both the government and private sectors. Brokerage and sales management
In the real estate brokerage business, PLUS targets project owners as well as people who want to buy, sell, lease or rent. PLUS also gives greater value to customers via equipment maintenance and infrastructure enhancement. Services provided by existing facilities can be assessed, with recommendations made for short and long-term maintenance for the infrastructure.
