A typical Thai school
Many of the participants at our seminars are secondary school teachers. To give you some idea of what a typical secondary school in Thailand looks like, we have included some pictures from our two seminars given in June at Woranaree Chalerm School in Songkhla and Satri Tung-song School in Nakornsrithamarat.

Here is a typical class with 45 students in a government-run secondary school.

Basketball, handball, football (soccer), takraw, badminton, tennis and gymnastics are some of the most popular sports among Thai students.

School administrators try to make school grounds as attractive and as comfortable as possible for their students.
Another area where students can relax or play sports between classes and after school.
Some of the bigger and better-equipped schools have been chosen as centers for different subjects. Satri Tung-song School, for example, is one of two English-language centers in Nakornsrithamarat helping other schools within its area with English instruction training and resource services.
